Q1: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
A: 1. Size of the products (Length x Width x Height)
2. Material and surface handling (We could advise if you’re not sure)
3. Printing colors (could quote 4C if you’re not sure)
4. Quantity
5. FOB and DDP price is our usual price term, if you need CIF price, please let us know your port of destination.
6. If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design sketch for checking. Samples will be best for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.
Q2: When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
A:
1. The popular ones: PDF, AI, PSD.
2. Bleed size: 3-5mm.
3. Resolution: no less than 300 DPI.
4. Others kindly feel free to talk with us.
Q3: How the product pricing and how to consult prices?
A: We pricing the products according to the customers' choice on materials, printing, and other process flow and so on.
Q4: How many days will samples be finished? how about the mass production?
A:
1. We are honored to offer you samples, usually we will arrange them with digital sample in 3-5 working days, finished product sample is acceptable.
2. The lead time for mass production based on your orders quantity, finishing, etc., usually 10-15working days is enough.
